nanox SiO2, for exterior and interior surfaces of vehicles
nanox siO2 coating is an innovative SPRAY AND WIPE type reactive ceramic, wax-free, oil-free and nonflammable nanocoating that leaves all surfaces very strongly water, dirt contaminant repellent. The coating achieves a very high level of shine and protection with just one treatment, with a treatment time of less than fifteen minutes. The 250ml nanonebulizer bottle handles 4-6 vehicles, which makes the nanox siO2 nanocoating very cost-effective for product use.
The universal nanox SiO2 coating has been developed especially for quick and effortless coating work, where the highest possible end result is required.
The procedure is simple: Wash the vehicle surfaces with nanowash detergent and thus achieve the necessary "two-component" priming, according to the instructions. Dry the surfaces very carefully, apply the nanox siO2 ceramic coating by spraying the liquid on a small allute at once and wipe the surface dry with a high-quality moderately dry microfiber cloth and the nanocoating is immediately ready. Treat all exterior surfaces, including door gaps and rims. Do not leave the coating to dry on surfaces!!

Installation of nanox siO2 ceramic nanocoating on the vehicle.
Vehicle coating with nanox siO2 is a quick and easy process. The vehicle is washed thoroughly with nanowash 10 washing solution, the washing result and coating priming is achieved if nanowash 10 concentrates 25ml 1/400 (5 caps) are placed in 8-10 liters of warm water. Also, adding a concentrate to the foaming shampoo works very well as a primer for the coating. Before nanowash 10, surfaces can be washed as needed with solvents. After polishing the paintwork to achieve priming, the surfaces should be inter-washed with nanowash 10 detergent solution.
The vehicle should be rinsed with plenty of water and dried thoroughly.
The nanox siO2 ceramic nanocoating is applied to all surfaces carefully, usually starting from the hood, moving to the window surfaces. There is no need to buff or polish the coating, just wipe dry with a microfiber cloth is enough. The work should be done quickly, but not in a hurry. nanox siO2 coating is sprayed only 3-4 sprays at a time on a small area, as an excessive amount can even prevent the coating from reacting. In many cases, the front bumper has different openings and shapes that collect water, so it is advisable to coat it last to keep the microfiber cloth as dry as possible during handling, unless compressed air has been used for drying.
When the entire vehicle has been coated with nanox siO2 nano-coating, it is advisable to repeat the treatment on the side surfaces for the best long-term result.

A suitable package size of 250ml is enough for coating 4-6 vehicles, without making the spreader bottle awkwardly sized. In many cases, narrow door spaces can be easily coated with nanox siO2 coating.
At first, the product was packaged in an aluminium bottle
We made changes and finally managed to pack the ceramic coating in a plastic bottle. After a few customer experiences, we learned how to replace the product packaging with a plastic spray bottle. When the aluminium bottle fell a few times, it caused marks on the vehicle dampers that can no longer be repeated with our current packaging. The nozzle size has also been reduced to nanoscale.
